Manager/Director, Talent Management

Finance of America is seeking a Manager of Talent Management leader to advance enterprise talent strategy through data-driven performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Talent Management, this role partners with business leaders and HR teams to strengthen organizational capability, drive consistent talent practices, and provide actionable workforce insights.

Responsibilities include

leading talent reviews, managing the annual performance management process, developing executive dashboards, and supporting leadership decision-making.
