Warranty Management Supervisor

Responsibilities

Process, validate, and resolve warranty claims, ensuriing timely resolution and adherence to policies. Develop, implement, and monitor warranty policies, procedures, and cost controls, Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for corrective action and cost reduction. Deliver warranty procedures and system implementation to dealers Serve as a primary contact for warranty inquiries, support customers, and maintain relationships with dealer Qualification Proficient in English, both spoken and written Technical Knowledge: Understanding of products, services, and warranty regulations.
