Executive

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, conducting outbound sales calls, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your excellent communication skills and ability to provide timely assistance will be key to your success in this position.

Handle customer queries through calls, offering prompt and accurate support. Update customer information in the system efficiently. Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers for sales purposes. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and premium details to clients. Follow up on leads and effectively handle objections to close sales within defined timelines.

Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns.

Strong communication skills in Languages. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with relevant software. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data. A positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
