HR Executive

Sisco Jobs is actively recruiting on behalf of a premier client for an HR Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The ideal female candidate will independently manage end-to-end human resource activities, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of practical experience in HR operations. Hands-on knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and HRMS tools. Experience in an engineering, construction, MEP, or BIM company is an added advantage.
