Assistant Manager – Finance, Hong Kong

Compile monthly financial packages, management accounts, financial analysis and management reports Manage month-end closing, balance sheet review, variance analysis and related schedules to ensure accuracy and timely reporting Analyze tax position, effective tax rate and key tax drivers; assist in tax computation, provision and statutory filing matters Coordinate annual statutory audit and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders Track cash flow forecast, investigate variances and support liquidity planning Reconcile intercompany transactions and perform regular account reviews to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies Participate in finance transformation, system enhancement and process improvement projects Undertake ad hoc assignments as required
