Position Details

• Location: Mountain View, CA
• Pay: $22-$25 per hour, based on experience
• Position Type: Part-time

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages for employees and guests.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
• Take beverage orders accurately and process payments using the POS system, as applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café or pantry area.
• Restock coffee, cups, ingredients, beverages, and supplies throughout the day.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent beverage quality.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Create a positive, polished hospitality experience for employees, visitors, and guests.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Barista or café experience required.
• Experience preparing espresso and specialty coffee beverages preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
• Comfortable providing hospitality in a workplace setting.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset.
