• Aviation Operations 📍 LOCATION Opa-locka, FL – Onsite 🕒 JOB TYPE Full-Time 📅 SCHEDULE Night Shift | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM ABOUT THE ROLE Xtreme Aviation LLC is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Production Control Associate to support our aircraft maintenance operations. In this position, you will help monitor maintenance tasks, track the time mechanics spend on assigned work, update task information in company systems, and communicate with Project Managers and Maintenance Supervisors when tasks are approaching their approved time. You will also assist with documentation, reporting, and keeping records organized. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Monitor the time mechanics spend on assigned maintenance tasks using company software. Alert Project Managers and Maintenance Supervisors when a task is approaching its approved time. Add tasks and mark completed tasks in company software and reports. Scan, organize, and file documents. Prepare internal and external customer reports as needed. Maintain an organized and clean workstation. Communicate with team members to help keep maintenance activities on track. Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs. : WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Ability to read, write, and understand English. Basic computer skills, including Word, PDF, and Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results. Ability to remain focused and work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and people skills. Good problem-solving abilities. Ability to recognize priorities and organize your workload accordingly. Proactive, resourceful, and timely when addressing problems. Ability to maintain communication with all involved parties.
