Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data Account Receivables / Account Payables Monthly Closing Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports to senior leadership and Korea headquarters Using bookkeeping software, SAP, and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate Ensuring that company bills are paid Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or Equivalent Experience Preferred Excellent communication skills Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required Authorized to work lawfully in the United States 0~3 years’ experience in the Accounting field preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English required; Korean language skills preferred Employee Benefits 100% coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (Fully paid by company) 401K Matching up to 4 % Cellphone Allowances Employee Discounts Paid Vacation Paid Sick Days 11 Paid Holidays Paid Bereavement Leave Employee development program On-Job Training Program Career-Path Lunch Catering for employees Various Team building programs Health Wellness
