Systems Engineer

Systems Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 5+ years North. Stone is supporting a growing organisation in Abu Dhabi with the appointment of a hands-on Systems Engineer . This is a broad infrastructure role with exposure across cloud, networking, systems and security, suited to someone who enjoys being close to the technology and taking ownership across a varied environment.

Key Areas Microsoft Azure, M365, SharePoint & Windows Server Next-generation firewalls, switching & networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs & routing EDR, SIEM, MFA, IAM & DLP Patching, vulnerability remediation & hardening Backup, disaster recovery & system monitoring Business-critical systems & infrastructure L2/L3 troubleshooting and vendor coordination What We’re Looking For 5+ years across systems engineering, cloud or network infrastructure Strong hands-on Microsoft infrastructure experience Solid networking and firewall knowledge Practical exposure to enterprise security technologies Experience supporting business-critical environments Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills Financial services experience would be advantageous Azure, Microsoft, Security+, Network+, CCNA or similar certifications are a plus A great opportunity for someone who wants broad technical exposure and the chance to take real ownership within a growing environment.
