Freelance Production Manager – Site

This is a remote position. We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead site coordination and on-ground delivery for a major upcoming event in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on ensuring production plans are successfully executed onsite across build, live delivery and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production activity onsite. Coordinate suppliers, contractors, crew and production teams. Manage site access, deliveries, schedules and installation sequencing. Ensure production plans are executed correctly and resolve onsite issues. Coordinate closely with technical production and wider project teams.

Liaise with venue teams around access and operational requirements. Manage activity across build, live event and breakdown.

Requirements

Strong onsite Production Management experience across large-scale events. Good understanding of event builds, infrastructure and site logistics. Confident managing multiple suppliers, contractors and workstreams. Practical, solutions-focused and comfortable working under pressure. Previous experience working across major Abu Dhabi venues is highly preferred.
