Project Director – Events & Live Experiences

This is a remote position. We’re looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale events, live shows, ceremonies and complex productions. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can take ownership from initial concept and planning through to onsite execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead major event projects from concept and pre-production through to live delivery and close-out. Own project plans, budgets, timelines, resources and overall delivery. Lead multidisciplinary teams across production, creative, operations and technical functions. Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships. Coordinate suppliers, contractors, venues and external partners.

Oversee onsite delivery and resolve project risks or issues as they arise.

Requirements

Strong experience as a Project Director or senior project lead within events or live entertainment. Proven delivery of large-scale shows, ceremonies, productions or major events. Strong understanding of production, operations, budgeting and onsite delivery. Confident managing multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Fluent Arabic and English is essential. Based in the UAE or open to relocating to Abu Dhabi.
