Hospitality Manager

The Role We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the planning and delivery of hospitality and guest experience across a major live event. You’ll oversee front-of-house hospitality operations, VIP and guest journeys, hospitality teams and service standards, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage hospitality operations across the event. Oversee VIP, VVIP, stakeholder and guest experiences. Manage guest journeys, including arrivals, accreditation, hosting, lounges and departures. Coordinate hospitality requirements with event operations, production, security, protocol and logistics teams. Develop operational plans, schedules, staffing plans and service procedures.

Brief and manage hospitality staff, hosts and front-of-house teams. Ensure hospitality areas are event-ready and maintained to a high standard throughout live operations. Coordinate with catering and other hospitality suppliers where required. Act as the key escalation point for guest experience issues during live operations.

Manage last-minute changes and operational challenges calmly and efficiently. Ensure service standards are consistently delivered across all hospitality touchpoints. Support VIP and government/protocol requirements where applicable. Monitor supplier and team performance throughout the event. Contribute to post-event reporting, feedback and operational debriefs.

About You

Strong experience in hospitality, guest experience or VIP operations within live events. Experience delivering large-scale, high-profile or premium events. Confident managing hospitality teams and suppliers in a live environment. Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and guest journeys. Comfortable working with VIPs, senior stakeholders and high-profile guests.

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Able to remain calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. UAE or GCC events experience is advantageous.
