Tax Accountant Sr

Finance of America is seeking a Tax Accountant Sr to support federal, state, and local tax accounting and compliance, with a focus on corporate and partnership taxation. Reporting to the VP of Tax, this role manages tax filings, supports ASC 740 provisions, performs tax research, assists with audits, and contributes to tax planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

also include estimated tax calculations, Up-C basis tracking, and Tax Receivable Agreement requirements. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of corporate tax experience and strong knowledge of C-Corp and partnership taxation.
