Training & Partnerships Lead Company: Dawaam Location: Abunawas, Siyahiya – Tripoli, Libya Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday | 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM About Dawaam Dawaam is a leading recruitment, manpower, and HR services company in Libya. As part of our strategic expansion, we are establishing a dedicated Training & Development division and are seeking a senior professional to lead and build this function.
Role Overview The Training & Partnerships Lead will be responsible for developing and managing Dawaam’s training business, including course design, trainer networks, partnerships, client proposals, and revenue generation. This is a strategic and commercial leadership role, not an administrative position.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop corporate and public training programs Build and manage a network of local and international trainers Develop training offerings for delivery in Libya and abroad Establish partnerships with international training providers and certification bodies Respond to training RFQs and client requests Prepare professional training proposals and commercial offers Identify and secure new training clients Support cross-selling of training services to existing Dawaam clients Work closely with senior management on strategy and pricing Requirements Proven experience in training, consultancy, education management, or related fields Strong commercial and client-facing skills Ability to design and structure training solutions Strong Arabic and English communication skills Experience with international partnerships is an advantage Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills Benefits Competitive salary package Performance-based incentives Opportunity to build and lead a national training division Direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-making Long-term growth and leadership potential
