Golf Operations

Apes Hill Resort Inc., a world premier golf resort and community, is seeking to recruit a highly dynamic and motivated individual to join our Golf Operations team in the following position.

1. Golf Operations Assistant The Golf Operations Assistant will be responsible for all practical aspects of the golf operations within the Company. The successful candidate will operate proactively with the needs of the club's members and guests as their primary focus.

Key Responsibilities

Assists with oversight and management of the golf course, including hours of operation, schedules of play and tee times. Ensures that competitions operate smoothly using the NorthStar system. Assists with the implementation strategies for continual growth and development of sports operations merchandizing. Ensures that the retail outlet is always adequately stocked.

Assists with driving range operations including ball collection and ball dispensing system availability. Ensures that all maintenance scheduled tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

& Competencies: A minimum of four CXC or GCE “O” level subjects. A minimum of one years' experience in a similar role with golf knowledge and pro shop exposure would be an asset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to high levels of customer service.
