Marketer

THE OPPORTUNITY An established insurance brokerage in Silver Lakes, Pretoria East, is looking for a driven, client-focused Marketer to grow its commercial insurance book within the transport industry. This is a new-business and account-management role for someone who knows commercial and heavy commercial vehicle insurance, enjoys building long-term client relationships and is motivated by sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the transport industry
• Prepare quotations and policy recommendations for commercial clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide exceptional client service and ongoing account management
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Matric (Grade 12)
• RE5 qualification
• NQF Level 5 qualification; a degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3 – 5 years' commercial marketing experience within a broker or insurer environment
• Sound knowledge of commercial and heavy commercial vehicle insurance, and a strong understanding of transport insurance
• Valid driver's licence
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You are a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who can open doors, convert new business opportunities and keep clients for the long term.
