Assistant Manager - Business Development

Responsibilities

Drive and execute partnership strategies, including IP activations, brand collaborations, advertising campaigns, and short-term leasing opportunities to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth. Develop and implement corporate client acquisition initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships.

Manage end-to-end partnership, activation, and leasing projects, ensuring timely delivery, seamless execution, and achievement of business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and programs. Support the development of marketing and promotional materials across advertising, PR, social media, and O2O channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Monitor and analyze campaign and partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, while supporting ad hoc business and commercial initiatives as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, B2B sales, event management, or related fields, preferably in retail, FMCG, luxury, property, or lifestyle industries. Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in partnership development, client acquisition, and stakeholder management.

Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical, proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive team player with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
