Job Title Staff – Cutting Machine Operator – AAC Blocks Department Production / Operations Location Navsari Role Summary Responsible for operating and monitoring cutting machines in the AAC Blocks manufacturing process to ensure accurate cutting, product quality, smooth production flow, and safe equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor cutting machines as per production requirements and standard operating procedures. Ensure accurate cutting of AAC blocks and maintain required product dimensions. Monitor machine settings, cutting wires, and equipment performance during operations. Identify and report machine breakdowns, cutting defects, and process abnormalities to the supervisor.

Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness, production records, and workplace housekeeping. Required Qualifications Minimum 10th / 12th pass; ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred. Experience & Industry Background 1–6 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing.

Experience in AAC Blocks, concrete products, precast, or building-material manufacturing preferred.
