Job Title Deputy Manager – Mechanical Maintenance

• Lime Department Maintenance Location Khimsar, Rajasthan Reporting To AGM Role Summary Responsible for ensuring reliable mechanical operations at the Lime manufacturing plant through preventive and breakdown maintenance, shutdown planning, equipment reliability, and maintenance cost optimization to support uninterrupted production and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of lime plant machinery, including vertical kilns, petcoke briquetting plants, blowers, ID fans, compressors, conveyors, EOT cranes, and material handling systems. Ensure equipment availability, minimize unplanned downtime, and execute periodic and annual shutdown maintenance.

Develop maintenance schedules, analyze recurring breakdowns, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability. Manage critical spare parts inventory, coordinate with Procurement, and optimize maintenance costs and spare utilization. Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs.

Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and EHS teams while maintaining maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and performance records. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may be considered with relevant experience. Experience & Industry Background 8–10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.

Experience in lime, cement, manufacturing, or continuous-process industries preferred.
