Job Title Assistant Manager – Maintenance Engineer – AAC Panels Department Engineering & Maintenance – AAC Division Location Wada Reporting To Plant Head – AAC / Panels Division Role Summary Responsible for ensuring reliable and cost-effective operation of AAC plant machinery and utilities through preventive and breakdown maintenance, team supervision, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of AAC plant machinery and utilities. Ensure equipment uptime for mixers, moulds, cutting machines, autoclaves, cranes, compressors, boilers, and material handling systems. Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate with Production for planned shutdowns and urgent breakdowns.

Implement maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs while ensuring safety compliance and LOTO procedures. Analyze recurring equipment failures through RCA and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor maintenance costs, spare inventory, and vendor activities while supporting equipment installation, commissioning, and reliability improvements.

Required Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred. Relevant technical qualification with strong plant maintenance experience may be considered. Experience & Industry Background 4–6 years of experience in plant maintenance. Experience in AAC Blocks, AAC Panels, cement, concrete, power plants, or other process manufacturing industries preferred.

Hands-on exposure to mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, and utilities.
