General (Indirect) Purchasing Specialist

Chery Indonesia is the Indonesian subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a Chinese automotive company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement and bidding processes through the system, from vendor sourcing to evaluating the results. Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately using SAP and manual systems. Manage and monitor invoice, payment & reconciliation requests through the internal system. Prepare, review, and administer supplier agreements through the system.

Maintain professional supplier relationships and ensure purchasing administrative records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous internship or work experience in purchasing or procurement for marketing or logistics is preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
