Event Supervisor

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end event strategies aligned with sales goals and brand identity. Manage monthly and quarterly event calendars, including test drives, launches, and activations. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver impactful brand experiences. Oversee event execution, team coordination, vendor management, and on-ground operations.

Track event performance (ROI, leads, conversion) and ensure cost-effective execution.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in event execution, preferably in automotive, lifestyle, or event agencies. Strong knowledge of brand activation and experiential marketing. Proven ability to drive customer engagement and support sales through events. Excellent project management, multitasking, and communication skills. Strong leadership with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
