Job description
We are seeking, on behalf of our client (Fleet & logistics coordinator),. Own day-to-day management of the company's 45-vehicle fleet across both branches, ensuring vehicles are available, roadworthy, and properly documented, and act as the main point of contact with our outsourced maintenance vendor.
Responsibilities
Track vehicle availability, condition, mileage, and location across Tripoli and Benghazi Coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance with the outsourced vendor Manage vehicle registration, insurance renewals, and compliance documentation Plan vehicle transfers between branches based on demand Monitor fleet utilization and flag vehicles for replacement or disposal Maintain records of accidents, damage, and repair costs Requirements 2+ years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation operations Valid driver's license Strong organizational and vendor management skills Proficiency with spreadsheets; fleet management software a plus Fluent Arabic; working English a plus
