Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Rep Iron Tree Service is a fast-growing, premium tree service company. We are looking for dedicated, career-minded individuals to join our customer service team. Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls in a timely manner Make outbound calls to customers to review our 100% satisfaction guarantee Support outside sales team Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer problems Professionally interact with other departments Accurately document calls and assignment of calls based on established procedures Follow scripting to provide consistent experience for customers and potential clients Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Associate's degree or greater is a plus Success in a team environment Previous experience in service industry is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask Exceptional customer service and phone skills Strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities Comfort with various software applications and/or ability to adapt and learn them Benefits: 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Paid time off Iron Tree Service is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
