Accounting Assistant

Iron Tree Service is a full-service tree pruning and removal company operating on the North Shore, Metro. West, and Greater Metropolitan area. We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant for our Beverly office. If you possess a keen attention to detail, work as well independently as part of a team, function well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and are willing to grow with us, we want to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate possesses: A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting (required) Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or another finance-related field (required) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required) Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (required) Experience with other Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Access Knowledge of how to independently correct and troubleshoot basic computer glitches Solid understanding of accounting objectives Full time availability Duties will include but are not limited to: Invoice processing Accounts payable Operation of office equipment Assisting the rest of our accounting staff as needed Other accounting-related duties as assigned Benefits: 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Paid time off Iron Tree Service is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
