Operation Manager

Eligibility Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors from an HEC recognized institute/university JAIBP certified will be preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience and minimum 1 year as Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Overall supervision of all general operations of the branch. Ensure compliance to State Bank of Pakistan(SBP) and Meezan Bank’s internal policies and branch banking SOPs while processing any transactions/activity. Ensure compliance to all policies of Bank and Regulators by the branch staff. Ensure that the bank is not exposed to any unwarranted risk.

Ensure maintenance of service standards & transactions TAT as per bank’s describe standards. Skills Required: Good written and oral communication skills. Good knowledge of AML/CFT Regulations Fair knowledge of foreign exchange manual & customer on boarding framework. Department: Operations Location: Multiple Cities Last Date: 05 November 2026
