Job description
We are seeking, on behalf of our client in the oilfield services sector, a (Facility Supervisor). The role involves overseeing operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor management to ensure efficient and secure facilities.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance, ensuring preventive plans are implemented (HVAC, electricity, water, generators, elevators). Supervise maintenance staff, housekeeping teams, and external service providers. Manage cleaning schedules, waste management, and hygiene standards across facilities. Monitor and enforce safety and security measures, including guards, access control, CCTV, fire drills, and emergency preparedness.
Administer vendor contracts for maintenance, housekeeping, and security services, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. Plan and supervise small facility projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably across multiple locations. Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
