Requirements

Fully registered private nurse with current UK or European nursing registration, confirmed before any introduction. Experience in private nursing spanning 3+ years after registration, with private-sector exposure welcomed. Training must be UK or European; your documents are verified before any introduction. Fluent English is expected in the Dubai residence, as is a signed non-disclosure agreement.

You should be ready to leave Dubai with the family at short notice; the family values patience and calm above all. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Benefits

Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Dubai.

Paid leave and flights home are provided by the family; this is a role for someone who values quiet permanence. When the family travels, your flights and lodging are provided by the family, and your comfort abroad is looked after. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.

Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians.

The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
