A private appointment has opened with a private family in Jeddah for a UK & European-trained Private Nurse. The role calls for a nurse of quiet competence within the rhythm of a private household. On each journey the family makes beyond Jeddah, the private nurse goes with them, which is how trust is kept over the years.

The employment relationship is with the family personally, with our role limited to a careful introduction.

Requirements

You hold a recognised nursing degree and current registration from a UK or European body. At least 5 years of nursing experience in one-to-one settings so that you manage a routine confidently. A private nurse must be trained and registered in the UK or Europe, confirmed against the register by our team. Professional English and a signed NDA are part of the trust the family places in you.

Quiet professionalism, sound judgement and a trusted presence at home are required. The family expects you to be able to travel internationally with a valid passport. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Compensation

is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Provided by the family: private accommodation within the family's residence, and travel. Generous annual leave, flights home and long-term security are provided by the family.

Employment is agreed with the family and no one else, following our introduction and checks on your credentials and references. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
