30hop Omaha, NE is looking for Line Cooks to join our back of house team! 30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Pay $15 - $22 per hour based on experience. Paid Time Off (PTO) accruing up to 80 hours annually to start, with increased PTO based on years of service Medical insurance options with 30hop Group contributing 50% toward employee premiums Dental and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary employer contributions for eligible employees Responsibilities Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cooking station Prepare and cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling, and other cooking methods Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other items needed for service Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food according to food safety standards Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure timely and accurate orders Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Complete assigned cleaning and closing duties Support other kitchen stations and prep operations as needed Complete other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience strongly preferred.
