30hop Restaurant & Bar in Omaha, NE is hiring Servers to join our front of house team. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy connecting with Guests and working in a fast paced restaurant environment. Whether you have years of serving experience or are looking to build your skills, you’ll be part of a team that works together to provide friendly, attentive service throughout every shift.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day. Fully trained Servers earn $2.13 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Present menu items and daily specials, providing recommendations as needed. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Anticipate guest needs and ensure a high level of service throughout their dining experience.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Ensuring that tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and well-organized. Assisting with resetting tables for the next guests. Process payments, provide accurate bills, and manage the checkout process efficiently. Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including sidework, cleaning, and stocking.

Complying with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Juggling the responsibilities of serving multiple tables at once, ensuring all guests are attended to without long waits. Assisting other servers, host, bar, or kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
