30hop Restaurant & Bar in Coralville, IA is hiring Line Cooks to join our back of house team! We're looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing great food, and collaborating with teammates. As a Line Cook at 30hop, you'll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by preparing quality meals, following food safety and quality standards, and supporting the team throughout service.

Medical insurance options with 30hop Group contributing 50% toward employee premiums Dental and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary employer contributions for eligible employees Responsibilities Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cooking station Prepare and cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling, and other cooking methods Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other items needed for service Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food according to food safety standards Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure timely and accurate orders Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Complete assigned cleaning and closing duties Support other kitchen stations and prep operations as needed Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience strongly preferred.
