30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team! If you enjoy preparing great food, working in a busy restaurant kitchen, and collaborating with teammates, we'd love to hear from you. Our Cooks prepare menu items, maintain organized workstations, and help deliver consistent, quality food to our Guests throughout service.

Medical insurance options with 30hop Group contributing 50% toward employee premiums Dental and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary employer contributions for eligible employees Responsibilities Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other items needed for daily service Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked cooking station Cook menu items using grills, fryers, sauté stations, broilers, and other kitchen equipment Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food according to food safety standards Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure timely and accurate orders Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Complete assigned cleaning, stocking, and opening or closing duties Assist with prep work and other kitchen stations as needed Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous restaurant kitchen or cooking experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks during busy periods Willingness to learn, take direction, and assist where needed Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds *30hop Restaurant & Bar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
