Role Overview The Head – Supply Chain will lead Hala Mobility's end-to-end supply chain covering strategic sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, supplier performance, cost optimization and governance.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end SCM strategy aligned with Hala's growth plans. Build scalable procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics systems. Ensure uninterrupted availability of vehicles, spare parts, chargers and infrastructure. Establish demand planning, replenishment and safety-stock policies. Build supplier strategy and commercial governance.

Drive inventory accuracy, traceability, ageing and working-capital optimization. Establish controls from requirement → consumption → scrap/refurbishment. Build visibility of quantity, location, vehicle, technician, vendor and value. Drive SCM automation, dashboards, SOPs and governance. Partner with Fleet, Finance, Engineering, Operations and Business.

Build, mentor and scale the SCM organization. What We Expect 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree / PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, or Warehouse Management are an added advantage.

Strong multi-location SCM leadership experience. EV / Automotive / Mobility / Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and inventory planning. Proven experience building SCM processes and governance. Strong commercial, analytical and leadership capabilities. Engineering / MBA preferred.
