Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn ideas, footage, and briefs into engaging video content that captures attention and strengthens Hala Mobility’s brand. The role will own end-to-end video editing requirements, from storytelling and creative cuts to pacing, sound, and final delivery.

The editor will work closely with the Marketing Team, Founder, core team, and Product Team to create content for social media, campaigns, founder branding, rider stories, and product communication. The expected output is approximately 7–10 videos per week , primarily Instagram Reels, along with occasional high-production and long-form videos.

What You Will Do

Transform raw footage into engaging videos using strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and creative cuts. Create promotional videos, social media creatives, branding content, and performance marketing assets. Develop video content for founder branding, EV mobility campaigns, rider stories, and documentary-style storytelling.

Edit occasional long-form and high-production videos based on campaign and business requirements. Work closely with the Marketing Team, Founder, core team, and Product Team to understand briefs and deliver content aligned with business objectives. Take ownership of video editing requirements from initial brief to final export and delivery.

Ensure videos meet platform-specific formats, technical specifications, and brand guidelines. Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple editing requirements and deadlines. Stay updated on social media trends, emerging formats, and creative approaches that can improve content engagement. Organize project files, footage, audio, graphics, and final exports for easy access and reuse.

What We Expect Strong video editing, storytelling, pacing, and creative-cutting skill Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects. Ability to create engaging short-form content, especially Instagram Reels. Understanding of visual storytelling, transitions, sound design, and music synchronization.

Ability to translate creative briefs into high-quality video deliverables. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and incorporate feedback. A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing capability and creative execution. Improve the quality and consistency of social media communication. Support founder branding, product storytelling, and EV mobility campaigns. Deliver creative assets that support marketing and performance campaigns. Tell authentic stories about riders, customers, and the EV mobility ecosystem. Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality video content across marketing initiatives.

Good To Have Motion graphics, animation, and visual effects. Experience with high-end video production and long-form storytelling. Familiarity with AI-powered video editing and content creation tools. Understanding of social media trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement. Experience creating performance marketing creatives and brand campaigns.

Experience in automotive, EV, mobility, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
