Role Overview The Inventory Executive will be responsible for day-to-day inventory activities including GRN, dispatch, stock reconciliation, inventory cleaning, physical stock verification, material movement, and inventory record maintenance .

The role requires strong attention to detail and ensuring that physical inventory consistently matches system records.

What You Will Do

Create and maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for incoming materials. Handle material dispatches and ensure accurate documentation. Record all inward, outward, transfer, return, and consumption transactions accurately. Perform regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation . Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and system stock .

Support inventory cleaning by identifying duplicate, incorrect, unidentified, damaged, obsolete, or ageing inventory. Maintain proper bin-wise / rack-wise inventory arrangement and identification . Ensure materials are properly tagged, stored, and traceable. Maintain supporting documents for receipts, dispatches, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

Coordinate with Service, Fleet, Procurement, and other internal teams for day-to-day material requirements. Support periodic cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory verification . Maintain accurate inventory trackers and basic MIS reports. Follow defined inventory SOPs and escalate discrepancies on time. What We Expect 0–2 years of experience in Inventory, Stores, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.

Basic understanding of GRN, Dispatch, Inventory Reconciliation, Stock Movement, and Physical Inventory . Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic inventory or ERP systems. Ability to maintain accurate records and supporting documentation. Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a hands-on, ground-level inventory environment .

Ability to coordinate with multiple operational teams and complete assigned activities within timelines. Willingness to learn and follow inventory processes and SOPs.

Education

& Certifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree / PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, or Warehouse Management are an added advantage. Good To Have Experience in EV, Automotive, Spare Parts, Warehouse, or Fleet Operations . Exposure to ERP / Inventory Management Systems. Understanding of spare parts identification and material coding. Experience with cycle counts or physical stock audits. Basic knowledge of inventory ageing and stock classification.
